Varied Workouts / Variety

Each session is uniquely programmed and draws focus to all aspects of fitness; strength, cardio, endurance and flexibility. This programming style keeps the body guessing; gaining fitness quickly and continued results.

Support is always available to you. Whether it’s guidance on training, motivation, nutrition or mindset, we are available and committed to you to help you achieve your goals and keep you moving in the right direction.

Accountability

At B.T.Y Fitness you’re not just another number and you won’t get lost in the crowd. If your attendance is lacking, it gets followed up. If your effort is less than normal, it gets followed up. If you’re not seeing results, it gets followed up. Your goals are important to us and we are here to ensure you are continually working on them.

Individualised

At B.T.Y Fitness we pride ourselves on offering an individualised approach in a group training environment. We know our members; their strengths, weaknesses, injuries, pregnancies, when to push them or when they’re just there to move for mental health. In every session we aim to connect with each member and provide them the best quality session for where they’re at right now.
